🍑 Plum Torte (soft summer baking) This Plum Torte is quietly iconic 🤍 A sturdy classic that’s unbelievably easy — dense yet light, super moist, gently sweet, and bursting with in‑season summer plums. No frosting. No fuss. Just buttery cake, juicy fruit, and the kind of bake that belongs next to a cup of coffee or tea ☕️✨ Simple, timeless, and perfect every single time. Proof that the simplest cakes are the most beautiful. 110g butter 200g sugar 1 tbsp coarse sugar 2 eggs 125g flour 1 tsp bakin
