Im trying to reduce waste in our home. I tend to be the only one that eats fruit in my home and sometimes I just can’t eat it fast enough! So here’s what I did for applesauce: Ingredients: • 4-6 large overripe apples (any variety; mix them for flavor complexity) • 1/4 cup water, apple juice, or cider (to prevent sticking) • Optional: 1-2 tbsp sugar or honey (taste first—overripe apples are often sweet enough) • Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon or a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness Steps: 1. Prep
